No-勝利，勝つ, no-料金 会社／堅いs 勧めるing ポーランドの（人） 労働者s to cash in on Britain’s 補償（金） culture

保険 専門家s say unscrupulous 操作者s are 偉業／利用するing the system and fuelling a rise in 賞与金s for millions of householders and 運転者s.

Hundreds of glossy 十分な-page 宣伝s for the no-勝利，勝つ, no-料金 companies have recently started appearing in ポーランドの（人）-language 出版（物）s.

The 現在の 版s of the four most popular newspapers serving the ポーランドの（人） community, which 含む Tygodnik Polski (ポーランドの（人） 週刊誌) and The ポーランドの（人） 観察者／傍聴者, carry 広告s for as many as 20 different personal 傷害 会社／堅いs.

The website of one 会社／堅い, One Call （人命などを）奪う，主張する, even has an interactive diagram with an arrow that can be directed to parts of the 団体／死体.

The diagram then 最高潮の場面s how much money the 会社／堅い （人命などを）奪う，主張するs it can 安全な・保証する for
a （弁護士の）依頼人 with an 傷害 to that part of the 団体／死体.

の中で the sums について言及するd are £6,000 to £9,000 for a dislocated shoulder, up to £29,000 for a broken arm and £6,000 to £13,500 for an 負傷させるd ankle ligament.

The ポーランドの（人） 労働者, whose first 指名する is Leszek, told One Call （人命などを）奪う，主張する director Ewa Skorupinska that he had been knocked off his moped in 中央の-December when he failed to notice a car pulling out from a parking space and had bruised his 脚. He 認める he was 部分的に／不公平に to 非難する for the 事故.

Asked how the system operated, Ms Skorupinska said: ‘The 保険 company 支払う／賃金 for our services. They have to 支払う／賃金 for a solicitor 同様に. That’s how it 作品 in England. We only take on 事例／患者s we think we can 勝利，勝つ, さもなければ we don’t get paid.
I can tell you now that we will 勝利，勝つ this one.’

The 協会 of British 保険会社s said it had no idea where One Call （人命などを）奪う，主張する had 得るd its 補償（金） 人物／姿／数字s. ‘Anyone who has 苦しむd an 事故 傷害 through no fault of their own should have the 権利 to 補償（金）,’ said 広報担当者 Malcolm Tarling.

‘But it is irresponsible to stoke up the belief that every 事故 leads automatically to a successful （人命などを）奪う，主張する.

‘We are 関心d that a number of unscrupulous （人命などを）奪う，主張する 管理／経営 会社／堅いs are h elping to 燃料 the perception that there is a 補償（金） culture in Britain. 宣伝s like these could give rise to 詐欺 and to the 仮定／引き受けること that the system is 熟した for 開発／利用.’

Mariusz Sojka, a lawyer in the ポーランドの（人） city of Poznan, said: ‘You wouldn’t 普通は see adverts for no-勝利，勝つ, no 料金 取引，協定s in Poland as the people behind them tend to be rather dodgy. Those who do it are what we call wolves ? they use people’s misfortunes to 利益 themselves.’

There are thought to be up to one million 政治家s living in the UK, many of whom have arrived after Poland joined the EU in 2004.

Jan Mokrzycki, 78, 副／悪徳行為-大統領，／社長 of the 連合 of 政治家s in 広大な／多数の／重要な Britain, said: ‘It is a 残念な 傾向 that someone has to be at fault and we must get 補償（金）.
