検死官's fury at paramedics who took break as mother died

‘Paramedics are frontline staff. Their 職業 does not overstate the fact that every second counts.
‘I have 墓/厳粛/彫る/重大な 関心s that when there are no appropriate 資源s 利用できる an 救急車 乗組員 on their break cannot be interrupted to …に出席する a life-脅すing 緊急.
‘Their 職業 is not working in a factory, nor filling out forms in an office where time is not of the essence. It is literally a 事柄 of life and death.’
行方不明になる Procter-Blain, a mother-of-three, had fallen over and dislocated her 膝 in May 2009. She underwent 外科 for ligament 損失 but developed a 血 clot.
Two days after this was 診断するd, in July 2009, she 崩壊(する)d at The 栄冠を与える pub in Derby.
Drinkers called an 救急車, and a paramedic, referred to as 行方不明になる X in 法廷,裁判所, was despatched by East Midlands 救急車 Service to the 部類 A life-脅すing 緊急.
