Cummings told the 法廷，裁判所 he had been 乱用d as a child at a Portsmouth children's home along with other family members and he had sought an 陳謝 from Portsmouth City 会議, where Mr Hancock is also a 議員, but he had not received one.

Cummings 認める he had received a letter from solicitors 事実上の／代理 for one of the girls he thought had an underage 事件／事情／状勢 with Mr Hancock which told him she said the 主張s were untrue.

The 法廷，裁判所 heard that Cummings ignored the letter because it （機の）カム from solicitors three months after he had written to her, so he chose not to believe it. He said he had a 広大な／多数の／重要な 不信 of 当局 after his experiences as a child.
