会議 staff sent on courses to learn how to speak and 令状 'plain English' after 17,000 （民事の）告訴s about jargon

A 郡 会議 is sending staff on 'plain English' courses after receiving more than 17,00 0 （民事の）告訴s from people baffled by their jargon.
