This is the moment a tattoo artist (刑事)被告 of 署名/調印するing children as young as 12 was taken away by police.
Alan Newbon, 62, 恐らく ran an unlicensed tattoo parlour above his home for youngsters under the age of 18.
Newbon was 逮捕(する)d after a police officer spotted a 16-year-old cadet had ‘mum’ and ‘dad’ tattooed on his wrists.
