A child and an adult have been killed in an 出来事/事件 伴う／関わるing a buggy in 地域の Victoria.

The buggy rollover was 報告（する）／憶測d to have rolled about 11pm on Saturday, at a 所有物／資産／財産 in Tubbut.

Another child was taken to hospital with no-life 脅すing 傷害s, and an adult was 扱う／治療するd at the scene for minor 傷害s.
Police are yet to 正式に identify the people who lost their lives.
