House prices are rising faster than at any time since the 早期に 1970s, によれば a 調査する yesterday.

It 設立する that after 許すing for インフレーション, the 人物/姿/数字 is 21 per cent a year にもかかわらず the 株式市場 不景気 and 増加するing 職業 不確定.

The price rises are also faster than just before the 所有物/資産/財産 衝突,墜落 at the end of the 1980s.

The last time prices climbed as 速く was in 1973, when values went up in real 条件 by 24.7 per cent just before Britain was 攻撃する,衝突する by a 鉱夫s' strike, the three-day week, the 落ちる of Edward ヒース/荒れ地's 政府 - and a 所有物/資産/財産 衝突,墜落.

The 人物/姿/数字s are produced by Rightmove, a 所有物/資産/財産 search website that charts the asking prices 始める,決める by 販売人s and 広い地所 スパイ/執行官s.

Its 経済学者 Steward Robertson said: 'House prices have been 支えるd by the lowest 利益/興味 率s since the 1960s, good affordability and a high level of 消費者 信用/信任.

'追加する to this the very low level of 小売 price インフレーション at the moment, and growth in house prices in real 条件 is at 歴史的に high levels.'

The website's 分析 shows that in the past month houses have gone up by 2.7 per cent, producing a rise this year of 23.3 per cent - or 21 per cent after adjusting for インフレーション. The 分析家s calculated that house prices in real 条件 have gone up by 91 per cent since they were last rising as 急速な/放蕩な in 1973.

Then an 普通の/平均(する) asking price of a house was £9,942, or £81,226 in today's money. That compares with the 普通の/平均(する) now of £155,467.

A 広報担当者 for the website said the market was 'sound', but prices were not moving in a uniform way across the country. 'Parts of the London market are seeing a (疑いを)晴らす 減産/沈滞 and other 地域s are continuing to grow,' he said.

'Over the past 4半期/4分の1, the northern half of the country rose by 7.6 per cent and the southern half by 3.1 per cent, so we are seeing a bit of a north-s outh divide.'

The fastest-rising homes are flats. This month an 普通の/平均(する) flat is 4.7 per cent up on September.

Flat prices have now gone up by 井戸/弁護士席 over a 4半期/4分の1, 27.4 per cent, over the past year, while detached houses are fetching 14.7 per cent more than a year ago.

In London, homes in the central and 流行の/上流の boroughs of Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Kensington and Chelsea have dropped in value over the past year.

Cheaper 地区s, 含むing Lewisham, Newham and Tower Hamlets, have seen prices 急に上がる more than 30 per cent in the year.

But the 分析家s 警告するd that numbers of houses on 広い地所 スパイ/執行官s' 調書をとる/予約するs and the time it takes to sell them are both creeping up, and there are より小数の 買い手s and 販売人s - all (疑いを)晴らす 調印するs of a 冷静な/正味のing market.
