The director giving up a £130,000 salary for her children

Mrs Gordon, 36, is the £133,000-a-year 法人組織の/企業の 事件/事情/状勢s director of Chrysalis 記録,記録的な/記録するs, who eight years ago became the youngest woman director of a 在庫/株 Exchangelisted company. But she is giving it all up to spend more time with her youngsters.

'It's going to be an awful wrench but I have three young children under the age of eight who don't really see me too often.

'I try to take them to school in the morning but I don't 普通は get home until eight or nine o'clock at night,' she said. 'I do see them but おもに at 週末s.'

'I was able to do a lot more flexitime and some days I would work from home. But there is no real pattern, work is very 激しい. I have done two or three-week stints in the office, barely going home.

'I just want to get myself a bit more balance. I feel that the older the children get, the more moral support they need from me. It mattersto my eight-year-old that I'm not able to go and watch him play rugby on a Wednesday afternoon.'

'In 未来 I certainly want it to be nearer 60-40 or 70-30 in favour of my children.'
