再生利用するing for 'every home'

All 世帯s in Britain should have the chance to 参加する doorstep 再生利用するing 計画/陰謀s in a 企て,努力,提案 to 攻撃する,衝突する 堅い new 環境の 的s, an MP said today.

Joan Ruddock said the UK should 目的(とする) to 再生利用する half of all its 国内の waste by 2010 and told the ありふれたs that the public was keen to play its part.

She 開始する,打ち上げるd a stinging 批評 of the country's 記録,記録的な/記録する on 取引,協定ing with waste as she introduced a 法案 designed to help bring the UK up to European 基準s.

Her 地方自治体の Waste 再生利用するing 法案, the brainchild of Friends of the Earth and supported by MPs of all parties, 目的(とする)s to 供給する 全世界の/万国共通の doorstep collections by 2010.

She said: "I believe that should be everyone's 権利. The 法律 要求するs that our 世帯 rubbish is collected from at or 近づく our doorsteps and it seems utterly 論理(学)の that waste for 再生利用するing 目的s should be collected from the same point."

It 敗北・負かすd the point of 再生利用するing if people had to make extra car 旅行s to take 構成要素s to central collection points, she said.

Lewisham Deptford MP Ms Ruddock, who in 1989 後継するd in getting 対策 to 取り組む 飛行機で行く-tipping on to the 法令 調書をとる/予約する, said only 12% of the 30 million tonnes of 国内の waste produced each year was presently 再生利用するd - with a 大規模な 80% going into landfill.

"It is often said that the UK produces enough waste to fill the Albert Hall every hour of every day. You only have to imagine that 量 流出/こぼすing out of that august building hour after hour to realise what landfilling really means."

With waste 生産/産物 始める,決める to 二塁打 by 2020, change was "緊急の" she said, 特に as the health 影響s of landfill were ますます worrying.

The only 代案/選択肢s were incineration - which was also "massively 人気がない" - or 削減, re-use and 再生利用するing, she said.

調査するs showed that people would 参加する 再生利用するing if they were 申し込む/申し出d more convenient ways of doing so, she said as she opened 審議 on Second Reading of the 法案.

Three in every four people asked in a 政府-(売買)手数料,委託(する)/委員会/権限d opinion 投票 said they would 再生利用する more if they had a doorstep collection.

Other 調査するs showed nine out of ten people would separate their rubbish if they were 供給するd with the コンテナs to do it, she 追加するd.

Asked how quickly she 想像するd all 世帯s having a collection, she said: "There is a 抱擁する spectrum of activity already amongst 地元の 当局, some doing 事実上 nothing and some doing a 広大な/多数の/重要な 取引,協定.

"What we 目的(とする) for is that there should be a service for, we 推定する/予想する, every 世帯 if the 法案 were to be successful, by 2010.

"That might seem a long way off to some but because we start from so far behind in this country seven years is very ambitious."
