最小限 行う rises 'could 攻撃する，衝突する 職業s'

The 政府 has been （刑事）被告 of tipping 商売／仕事 "over the 辛勝する／優位" by 準備するing to 発表する above インフレーション rises for the 国家の 最小限 行う over the next two years.

The £4.20 an hour adult 率 is 始める，決める to be 増加するd to £4.50 in October - a rise of 7.1% - followed by a その上の 増加する to £4.85 in October 2004.

The second 増加する, 価値（がある） 7.5%, will depend on the 明言する／公表する of the economy at the time, it is believed.

The hourly 率 for young 労働者s 老年の 18 to 21 will 増加する from £3.60 to £3.80 in October and to £4.10 in October 2004.

It is understood that a 熟考する／考慮する will be 開始する，打ち上げるd into whether the 最小限 行う should be 延長するd to cover 労働者s 老年の 16 and 17.

The 告示 will disappoint many union leaders, who have been 圧力（をかける）ing for a bigger 増加する.

Paul Kenny, London 地域の organiser of the GMB union, said hundreds of thousands of 労働者s needed the 率 to 増加する to £5 an hour すぐに.

"Even at £5 an hour, the 最小限 行う would still leave people 収入 40% of the 普通の／平均（する） 行う," he said.

"The 政府 should also be moving to 強化する 施行 of the 最小限 行う to make sure that everyone receives what they deserve."

Unison general 長官 Dave Prentis said: "We welcome the above インフレーション rise but I 反抗する anyone in 政府 to try to make ends 会合，会う on £4.50 an hour. Because the 増加する comes from such a low base, it still 落ちるs far short of Unison's £6 an hour living 行う 的."
