総理大臣 Tony Blair will tonight 演説(する)/住所 the nation in a テレビ放送するd 演説(する)/住所.

It follows 確定/確認 that British エリート 軍隊s have already been 伴う/関わるd in 軍の 活動/戦闘 in Iraq.

The 総理大臣 is …に出席するing a European Union 首脳会議 in Brussels and had been 予定 to stay there 夜通し. He has apprently pre-記録,記録的な/記録するd the war message to be 空気/公表するd at an appropriate time.

"I can 確認する that the 総理大臣 will be making an 演説(する)/住所 to the nation," a spokeswoman said.

British 軍隊s

British エリート 軍隊s have already been 伴う/関わるd in some of the 軍の 操作/手術s against Iraq, Defence 長官 Geoff Hoon earlier 示すd today.

The 発覚 (機の)カム in the ありふれたs, as Mr Hoon 報告(する)/憶測d to MPs for the first time after the US-led 夜通し strikes on Iraq.

In line with normal practice, the 省 of Defence would only say that it did not comment on special 軍隊s.
