War will take time, 収容する/認めるs Blair

総理大臣 Tony Blair spoke today of the '堅い and difficult' moments of the war on Iraq but (人命などを)奪う,主張するd the 連合した 軍隊s had made 重要な 進歩.

'But you're not going to prise the 支配する of Saddam off the country when it's been there for over 20 years.'

He said: 'Now what we need to do is to try and make sure that we have as 代表者/国会議員 a system of 政府 as possible and that's something we need to work out with the UN.

'That is why we agreed - myself and 大統領 Bush, 総理大臣 Aznar at the 首脳会議 that we had in the Azores - that not just the 人道的な element but also the civil 行政 in Iraq should be 治める/統治するd by UN 決意/決議.'
