Escaped sex 違反者／犯罪者 turns himself in

A dangerous sex 違反者／犯罪者 who fled a psychiatric 部隊 has turned himself in to police, Scotland Yard said today.

Twenty 石／投石する James Manley telephoned the police 駅／配置する in Upminster, east London, and officers were sent to collect him and return him to the John Howard Centre, a 安全な・保証する psychiatric 部隊 in Crozier Terrace, Hackney.

Scotland Yard said: "We don't know where he was or where he has been. He gave himself up to police and we took him 支援する to the psychiatric 施設."
