EU 大臣s '支援する UK 亡命 計画（する）s'

Home 長官 David Blunkett has said he had received "相当な support" from his European 相当するものs for British 提案s to create 亡命 探検者 過程ing centres outside the EU.

The 計画（する）s 示唆するd EU countries team up to create "輸送 過程ing centres" where 難民s would be "安全な and decently 扱う／治療するd".

Mr Blunkett, who 現在のd a 文書 詳細（に述べる）ing the 計画（する）s to EU 大臣s 会合 in Veria, Greece, said they had agreed to "follow up 緊急に" the ideas.

The European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 has called a パネル盤 of 専門家s to discuss the 提案s in 10 days' time in Brussels.

The 文書 述べるd the 計画（する）s as a medium 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 選択 to 土台を崩す 違法な people traffickers and 阻止する unfounded 亡命 使用／適用s.

The British 提案s also gave more 詳細（に述べる）s of 計画（する）s first 漏れるd last month for "zones of 保護", or 安全な 港／避難所s, run by the 国際連合 High （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 on 難民s (国連難民高等弁務官).

"I am very pleased at the 相当な support around the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する from EU partners and the European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 for our 提案s on zones of 保護," said Mr Blunkett.

"We had a serious discussion of the challenges we all 直面する in finding a 21st century 解答 to 亡命 問題／発行するs and 違法な 移民／移住.

"同僚s agreed that the EU should follow up 緊急に the ideas in the UK's paper."

The paper said the 輸送 過程ing centres could be in third countries but does not 指名する any 明確な／細部 areas, although Russia and ウクライナ共和国 have been について言及するd in previous 漏れるd 文書s. Those in the centres who were 認めるd 亡命 would be 再定住させるd in 参加するing EU 明言する／公表するs on a "重荷（を負わせる）-株ing basis".
