Betrayed over a secret facelift

Lady Archer yesterday （刑事）被告 her former personal assistant of 'betrayal' by 明らかにする／漏らすing 詳細（に述べる）s of her secret facelift.

The 58-year-old wife of the 不名誉d peer said she had gone to '広大な／多数の／重要な lengths' to 持続する her privacy over the 操作／手術, and did not even tell her sister.

So she had been appalled when a 報告（する）／憶測 appeared in a Sunday newspaper.

At the High 法廷，裁判所 yesterday she （刑事）被告 Jane Williams, her former PA, of 漏れるing the （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）.

She is 捜し出すing 損害賠償金 for the ' 苦しめる, 苦悩 and 当惑' and a 永久の gagging order on the former 従業員, her assistant for 13 years.

Lady Archer told the first day of the 審理，公聴会 that she had not 手配中の，お尋ね者 anyone to know about her cosmetic 外科.

'I went to very, very 広大な／多数の／重要な lengths to keep this secret. I did not even tell my sister because I 手配中の，お尋ね者 to keep the 事柄 完全に 私的な.'

Asked by Ramby de Mello, counsel for 行方不明になる Williams, if she wasn't flattered by the attention paid by the 圧力（をかける） to her 'good looks', Lady Archer said: ' いつかs I'm flattered because they say nice things. いつかs I'm rather 傷つける because they say very unkind things.'

'Audacious'

Lady Archer's counsel Thomas Linden （刑事）被告 行方不明になる Williams of 違反ing （弁護士の）依頼人 confidentiality and told how the peer's wife had already won a 一時的な gagging order against her former assistant.

However, this did not stop a Sunday newspaper printing an article in February last year, which 最高潮の場面d Lady Archer's '£10,000 cosmetic 外科'.

The 操作／手術 on her neck, chin, 注目する，もくろむs, forehead and cheeks was 報道によれば carried out by New York-based plastic 外科医 Dr Sherell J Aston in January 1998.

The article also told how Lady Archer had turned to Professor Stephen Feldberg, a 65-year-old 化学者／薬剤師 and academic, for support because of Lord Archer's extra-結婚の／夫婦の 事件／事情／状勢s.

At the time Professor Feldberg, a widower who lives in America, said that if Lady Archer had been willing to separate from her husband he 'would have 追求するd her'.

'You'd have to be 行方不明の a few 染色体s if you're male and you don't find her attractive,' he 追加するd.

By this time, said Mr Linden, she had been in 接触する with Sunday newspapers and publicist Max Clifford to 公表する／暴露する （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about Lady Archer.

Lady Archer later （人命などを）奪う，主張するd that 行方不明になる Williams had ' 秘かに調査するd' on the Archer family during her husband's 裁判，公判 two years ago and passed on （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） to the police.
