政府 moves to 無法者 age bias
Moves to 無法者 age 差別 in the workplace by 2006 will be 輪郭(を描く)d by the 政府 on Wednesday.
労働者s will be able to (人命などを)奪う,主張する 不公平な 解雇/(訴訟の)却下 if they are 差別するd against on the grounds of their age and 会社/堅いs will not be 許すd to 始める,決める age 限界s in 職業 adverts under the 提案s.
Companies will also not be 許すd to 妨げる 労働者s going on training courses if they believe they are too old.
The 政府 is 開始する,打ち上げるing a 協議 on its 計画(する)s, which would also 許す people to work to the age of 70 if they want to.
大臣s believe that age 差別 costs the country billions of 続けざまに猛撃するs in lost 生産性 and will argue that greater choice and 柔軟性 should be given to people who want to work beyond the normal 退職 age.
