'New beginning for 犯罪の 司法（官）'

Changes to the way 法廷，裁判所s を取り引きする minor 違反者／犯罪者s will be a "new beginning" in the 犯罪の 司法（官） system, the Home 長官 has 誓約（する）d.

Speaking at a major 会議／協議会 in London, David Blunkett called for a step change in 法律 and order so that 裁判官s, 検察官，検事s and defence lawyers all work to 改善する their communities.
