The £800 million 代表するd a 逆転 - bound to be seen as a U-turn by some - of 以前 発表するd 削減(する)s in the マリファナ of money known as the 基準s 基金, which went to some but not all schools for 明確な/細部 attainment-上げるing 目的s.

It has been taken out of the Department for Education and 技術's 未使用の 基金s, 概算の by the 財務省 to be £846 million last year.

Mr Clarke also said those "few" schools that could not get 支援する in the 黒人/ボイコット にもかかわらず their best 成果/努力s were in line for "限られた/立憲的な, 過度期の support".

Mr Clarke told MPs that the 政府 hoped to 発表する 重要な 決定/判定勝ち(する)s 影響する/感情ing school 財政/金融s in England in November.

As 推定する/予想するd, he has also 強化するd the reins on 地元の education 当局' freedom to 配分する money between their schools によれば their own 決まり文句/製法 by making the per- pupil 増加する 保証(人).
