Blair 'was 警告するd of テロ行為 危険'

総理大臣 Tony Blair was 警告するd by the 知能 機関s that the 侵略 of Iraq would 高くする，増す the テロリスト 脅し to Britain from al Qaida.

The 議会の 知能 and 安全 委員会 (ISC) said the 機関s advised that the 崩壊（する） of Saddam Hussein's 政権 would 増加する the 危険 of テロリスト groups 得るing 化学製品 or 生物学の (CB) 武器s.

An 査定／評価 用意が出来ている by the 共同の 知能 委員会 (JIC) on February 10, する権利を与えるd International テロ行為: War with Iraq, 結論するd that there was no 知能 that Iraq had 供給するd CB 構成要素s to al Qaida.

Nor was there any suggestion of any 意向 by Saddam Hussein's 政権 to carry out 化学製品 or 生物学の terror attacks using Iraqi 知能 公式の／役人s or their スパイ／執行官s.

However the JIC did 裁判官 that in the event of the 政権's 崩壊（する）, there would be an 増加するd 危険 that テロリスト groups would be able to get their 手渡すs on CB 構成要素s.

"The JIC 査定する／（税金などを）課すd that al Qaida and associated groups continued to 代表する by far the greatest テロリスト 脅し to Western 利益／興味s, and that 脅し would be 高くする，増すd by 軍の 活動／戦闘 against Iraq," the ISC said.

"The JIC 査定する／（税金などを）課すd that any 崩壊（する） of the Iraqi 政権 would 増加する the 危険 of 化学製品 and 生物学の 戦争 科学（工学）技術 or スパイ／執行官s finding their way into the 手渡すs of テロリストs, not やむを得ず al Qaida."

In his 証拠 to the ISC, Mr Blair 定評のある that in 開始する，打ち上げるing the 侵略 of Iraq there was "明白に a danger" of 刺激するing the very consequences that he had hoped to 避ける.

"This is where you've just got to make your judgment and it remains my judgment and I suppose time will tell whether it's true or it's not true."
