Brown 脅すs 拒否権 in 付加価値税 抗議する

The European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 was told to rethink 計画（する）s to 課す 付加価値税 on children's 着せる／賦与するing and shoes, after （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 Gordon Brown 脅すd to use Britain's 拒否権 to 封鎖する the 計画／陰謀.

Mr Brown said he was 確信して the Brussels 提案 would be dropped over the coming months まっただ中に growing 調印するs that other EU nations were joining Britain in its 対立 to 税金 harmonisation.

Mr Brown said: "We have said 権利 from the beginning that Britain will not 受託する 課税 課すd on children's shoes and 着せる／賦与するs.

"That is in the 国家の 利益／興味 of Britain but it is also now 受託するd by many other members of the European community and I believe, over the next few months, we will see the 提案 dropped.

"Harmonisation of 課税 is not 必須の."

Mr Brown said the 政府 was winning the 審議 over 税金, as other EU members began to 受託する that there were social and 雇用 利益s in 存在 able to 始める，決める their own 率s.
