Man killed in 運動-by 狙撃

A man was 発射 dead after two 加害者s opened 解雇する／砲火／射撃 with (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 武器s from a 先頭 近づく a town centre, police said.

A second man 苦しむd minor 傷害s after the 明らかな 運動-by 狙撃 in Brewery Road, Hoddesdon, Herts.

Both 犠牲者s were white and the two 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs, also white, abandoned their 先頭 in the Lampits area of the town. Police said it was not believed the public were at その上の 危険.

A Hertfordshire Police 声明 said: "It is believed the 傷害s were 原因（となる）d by (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 武器s."

A 証言，証人／目撃する, who lives 近づく the scene, told Sky News: "It's a 肉親，親類d of downhill slope. It looked like they （機の）カム 負かす／撃墜する the hill on the other 味方する of the road, pulled up の近くに, and opened up through the car.

"It looked like 発射s were 解雇する／砲火／射撃d through the car itself. It looked like him (the 犠牲者) and a friend were coming out of a health centre and both were 負傷させるd.

"The first 犠牲者 was taken away すぐに. The second was given an IV (intravenous drip) and taken away on a 担架.

"He had a 負傷させる on his 支援する and his 脚 but he was running around a lot so I think it was more shrapnel. I didn't hear any cars squealing and there's no 示すs 負かす／撃墜する there. We were out within seconds and they were gone."

Shop owner Dave Holtby, whose 商売／仕事 is opposite the scene, told Sky News: "We heard several 発射s. It's not something you 推定する／予想する on your doorstep at any time of day, 特に in a 静かな town like Hoddesdon.

"It sounded like an (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 武器, it was very repetitious. It (the scene) is a couple of metres from the high street. It could be やめる a busy road at times."
