Iain Duncan Smith will 勧める British 商売／仕事s to give young people coming off 福利事業 and 支援する into 雇用 a fair chance

A new 世代 will be 非難するd to a life on 利益s without tougher 対策 to 茎・取り除く the flow of migrant 労働者s, Iain Duncan Smith is to 警告する today.

The Work and 年金s 長官 will 解除する the lid on simmering 閣僚 緊張s over 移民／移住, telling David Cameron that expensive 支援する-to-work 計画／陰謀s will fail without strict 支配（する）／統制するs on incomers.

He will also 勧める British 商売／仕事s to give young people coming off 福利事業 and 支援する into 雇用 a fair chance, and ‘not just 落ちる 支援する on 労働 from abroad’.

The former Tory leader’s 警告 comes as 人物／姿／数字s 明らかにする／漏らす that Britain’s 全住民 増加するd by nearly half a million last year, driven by high levels of 移民／移住 and rising birth 率s.

In a speech today, he will 最高潮の場面 統計（学） 示唆するing that more than half of new 職業s in the past year have been taken by foreigners, and say that 労働’s 失敗 to 確実にする ‘British 職業s for British 労働者s’ 危険s 存在 repeated. ‘In the short 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語, controlling 移民／移住 is 批判的な, or we will 危険 losing another 世代 to dependency and hopelessness,’ he will say.

Mr Duncan Smith’s 介入 is a 高度に unusual public 警告 to the 総理大臣 not to give in to 自由主義の 民主党員 需要・要求するs for a softer 姿勢 on 移民／移住, an 問題／発行する that remains の近くに to the 最高の，を越す of 投票者s’ 関心s.

Earlier this month, Mr Cameron complained that the Lib Dems are 妨げるing him from taking stronger 活動／戦闘 to 割れ目 負かす／撃墜する on 移民／移住 and 軍隊 利益 claimants 支援する to work.

Today Mr Duncan Smith, speaking to a centre-権利 think 戦車／タンク in Madrid, will attack 労働’s 記録，記録的な／記録する on 移民／移住 and 福利事業.

The last 政府 left five million people on sickness or 失業 利益s, many of whom were 有能な of working but ‘seemed either unable or unwilling to do so’, he will say.

Between 1997 and 2010, more than half of the rise in 雇用 in the UK was accounted for by foreign 国家のs, while the 福利事業 system was ‘perverted’ so that it rewarded the idle.

The 政府’s new work programme, which is 存在 run by 私的な 会社／堅いs and voluntary organisations, is designed to 軍隊 a million 失業 into 福利事業-to-work 計画／陰謀s.

But Mr Duncan Smith will 収容する／認める that the ambitious 事業／計画（する） is doomed to 失敗 unless 移民／移住 is brought under 支配（する）／統制する.

‘Even as our economy starts to 選ぶ up again, and 職業s are created, there is a real 危険 that young people in Britain won’t get the chances they deserve because 商売／仕事s will continue to look どこかよそで to fill their 地位，任命するs,’ he will say.

While Mr Duncan Smith 受託するs that Britain’s 会員の地位 of the EU means 解放する／自由な movement of 労働者s from the Continent, he will point out that 重要な numbers arrive from outside the EU.

‘In the years 1997 to 2010, around half of the rise in 雇用 accounted for by foreign 国家のs was accounted for by those from outside the EU,’ he will say.

‘That’s why we must take 堅い 活動／戦闘 on this to 強化する the 支配するs on 移民／移住 across the major 入ること／参加（者） 大勝するs ? work, student ビザs and family 解決／入植地 ? so that only those who have something （疑いを）晴らす to 申し込む／申し出 to the UK are able to come in.’

The Work and 年金s 長官 will welcome the 政府’s new 年次の 限界 on the number of 非，不，無-EU 労働者s 許すd into the country each year, 説 it has finally brought ‘some sanity to a system which has been 許すd to run out of 支配（する）／統制する’.

But in what will be seen as 批評 of the Home Office, he will 示唆する the 焦点（を合わせる） on prioritising 技術d migrants is a ‘red herring’.

‘If we do not get this 権利 we 危険 leaving more British 国民s out of work, and the group who will be the most 影響する／感情d are young people.’
