'非難する 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金' headteacher （疑いを）晴らすd

The seven-month ordeal of a 献身的な headteacher 不正に （刑事）被告 of slapping a pupil ended yesterday when she walked 解放する／自由な from 法廷，裁判所.
The bizarre 起訴 of Pam Mitchelhill, 50, was the 最新の in a string of 事例／患者s against 信用d teachers which have been 設立する to be groundless.

Mrs Mitchelhill, an inspirational teacher with a 29-year unblemished 記録，記録的な／記録する and one of the country's 主要な 最初の／主要な school 長，率いるs, was 一時停止するd after 存在 （刑事）被告 of slapping a six-year-old girl on the 直面する.

'Inconsistent'

Chairman of the （法廷の）裁判 Roger Hewitson said: "We find Mrs Mitchelhill's 証拠 is also given honestly.

賞賛
After the 判決 Mrs Mitchelhill smiled at her husband Stephen, also a teacher, and their two tearful grown-up daughters in the public gallery.

Last night the girl's mother said: "司法（官） has not been done. I'm very upset but there's nothing I can do. My daughter will be upset too."
