Car phone 禁止（する） （選挙などの）運動をする 開始する，打ち上げるd

A 政府 advertising （選挙などの）運動をする reminding people of the 切迫した 禁止（する） on using 手渡す-held 動きやすい phones in cars has begun.

The 無線で通信する adverts point out that the 禁止（する）, which could lead to 罰金s of up to £1,000 for 違反者／犯罪者s, will 施行される from December 1.

Road safety charity ブレーキ said the 禁止（する） was 存在 "ruthlessly 偉業／利用するd" by phone companies to sell their 手渡すs-解放する／自由な 動きやすい 道具s which ブレーキ （人命などを）奪う，主張するd were "just as dangerous" as 手渡す-held 動きやすいs.

Under the new offence of using a 手渡す-held phone while 運動ing, 違反者／犯罪者s, 最初, will be 支配する to a £30 直す／買収する，八百長をするd 刑罰，罰則 罰金, which can be 増加するd to a 最大限 of £1,000 if the 事柄 goes to 法廷，裁判所 (£2,500 for drivers of 先頭s, lorries, buses and coaches).

研究 has shown that drivers are four times more likely to have an 事故 if they 運動 and use a 動きやすい phone.

Using a 動きやすい while 運動ing 影響する／感情s the ability to concentrate and 心配する the road ahead, putting the 運転者 and other road 使用者s at 危険.

Road Safety 大臣 David Jamieson said today: "運動ing while using a 動きやすい phone is dangerous - you are 危険ing your own life and those of other road 使用者s.

"It's hard to concentrate when you are doing two things at once and any driver will be distracted by a phone call or text message.

"By making it an offence to 持つ／拘留する a 動きやすい phone when 運動ing, we will make the roads safer for us all.

"I 勧める drivers to remember: 行方不明の a call won't kill you - an 事故 やめる かもしれない could."
