'It's a really 冷静な／正味の 発射': Photographer defends underage model's 'X-率d' 都市の Outfitters T-shirt

The photographer at the centre of a 大規模な 訴訟 関心ing an und erage model, a racy photo and a major 着せる／賦与するing retailer is speaking up.

The images of Hailey Clauson, then 15, splashed on an 都市の Outfitters shirt last year, showed the girl with her 脚s spread sitting on a motorcycle.

The 訴訟 指名するs photographer Jason 物陰／風下 Parry, 都市の Outfitters and two other 蓄える／店s that sold the shirt.

In an interview with Good Morning America on Monday, Mr Parry 攻撃する，衝突する 支援する at critics who 設立する the photos too sexy for a girl so young.

Mr Parry said: 'I didn’t see it that way, and I think if people do it’s 肉親，親類d of bad on them, because I look at it and I think, this is a really 冷静な／正味の 発射.

It 告発する／非難するs Mr Parry of making 'her crotch area the 焦点の point of the image', 追加するing that it also appears to 明らかにする／漏らす 'what some 観察者／傍聴者s believe to be pubic hair.'

The 描写 '軍隊s' Clauson 'to be the 反対する of prurient 利益／興味s and 供給するs wallpaper for the likes of paedophiles,' the 訴訟 says.

Other pictures from the same photo-shoot show the teen with beer and riding a motorcycle without a helmet.

Mr Parry, however, is s tanding by his work.

He said of the photos: 'Her facial 表現 looks 堅い. Look at that, you can't tell me that doesn't look 堅い.'

CFDA 広報担当者 Karen Peterson told MailOnline: 'It’s up to the designers, casting スパイ／執行官s, and modelling a gents themselves whether they choose to follow the 指導基準s.'
