A 運転者 who was 伴う／関わるd in a 致命的な 衝突，墜落 while using a 動きやすい phone has been 刑務所，拘置所d for four years.

Michael Leach was on a call to his sister when he 衝突する／食い違うd with another car on the wrong 味方する of the road. His sister heard a loud 叫び声をあげる and the sound of the 衝撃 as the two 乗り物s 衝突する／食い違うd 事実上 長，率いる-on.

Leach, 29, of Kinnerton Way, Exeter, Devon, was 罪人／有罪を宣告するd at Exeter 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所 of 原因（となる）ing the death of 67-year-old ジーンズ Evans by dangerous 運動ing.

He was also banned from 運動ing for 10 years by 裁判官 Francis Gilbert QC.

Mrs Evans, from Tiverton, Devon, a 乗客 in a car driven by her husband, David, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 事故 on the A30, 近づく Marazanvose in Cornwall, in July last year.

In 法廷，裁判所 to hear the 判決, were 57-year-old Mr Evans and members of his wife's family.

Leach, who 苦しむd only a bruised ankle in the 衝突，墜落, showed no emotion at the 判決.

The 裁判官 told Leach he had been 罪人／有罪を宣告するd on the clearest 証拠 and said he was 用意が出来ている to 宣告，判決 him on the basis that his attention had been distracted by using the phone. "You did not need to be on the phone that night, there was no 緊急, it was not necessary," he told him.
