陸軍大佐 Gaddafi has 主張するd his 政権 is still alive in Libya and labelled the 反逆者／反逆する 引き継ぎ／買収 of all but a few pockets of the country a 'charade'.

The Libyan leader got his 反抗的な message out on a Syrian-based 衛星 駅／配置する, Al-Rai TV, that has become his main mouthpiece since Tripoli fell last month.

There was no 音声部の in the message, but he 勧めるd 支持者s to continue fighting and said 北大西洋条約機構 airstrikes in the country would not last forever.

He spoke ahead of U.S. 大統領 Barack Obama's speech at the 国際連合, at which he 誓約（する）d to support Libya's fledgling 政府.

He met the 国家の 過度期の 会議's chairman, Mustafa Abdel Jalil in a one on one before 賞賛するing the international community - who he said should take pride in 解放するing the country.

Gaddafi 問題／発行するd his 反抗的な message just as 反逆者／反逆する 軍隊s 掴むd the airport and fort in Sabha, one of the last 要塞／本拠地s of 軍隊s loyal to Gaddafi which also 支配（する）／統制するs the main 大勝する south out of Libya.

Ahmed Bani, a 軍の 広報担当者 for the 国家の 過度期の 会議 (NTC, said: 'Our 軍隊s are there in the airport and in the 城... our 旗s are 飛行機で行くing there.'

Sabha, 480 miles south of Tripoli and overlooked by an old fort built by Libya's former Italian 植民地の 支配者s, 支配（する）／統制するs the main road into 隣人ing Niger, an escape 大勝する used by members of Gaddafi's 側近.

Any 前進する on the town would be an important 上げる for 政府 軍隊s who have struggled to 含む／封じ込める disunity in their 階級s and 直面するd stark 逆転s on the 戦場.

Abubakr, a 居住（者） 逃げるing Sirte, said: 'People are fed up. There are expl osions going off everywhere and you don't know where the 弾丸s will come from next.

The NTC had 否定するd （人命などを）奪う，主張するs by Gaddafi's 広報担当者 that 17 mercenaries - some of them British and French - were 逮捕（する）d in the fight for Bani Walid.

Moussa Ibrahim did not 申し込む／申し出 any proof of his （人命などを）奪う，主張する, but said the men were technical 専門家s and 含むd 諮問の officers.

He said: 'Most of them are French, one of them is from an Asian country that has not been identified, two English people and one Qatari.'

French 外務大臣 Alain Juppe said there were 'no French mercenaries in Libya', while the British Foreign Office said it had no （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） on the 報告（する）／憶測.

However, the NTC, still based in the eastern city of Benghazi, has 直面するd questions about whether it can 統一する a country divided on 部族の and 地元の lines.

The support shown by 大統領 Obama and other world leaders in New York is therefore 特に timely.

Mr Obama 約束d the Libyan people that the world will stand with them as they reshape their country に引き続いて the 落ちる of Moammar Gadhafi's 政権.

He 警告するd that there would still be difficult days ahead as Gadhafi 現体制支持者／忠臣s make a final stand and the country's 一時的に leadership grapples with the コンビナート／複合体 仕事 of setting up a new 政府.

'But if we have learned anything these many months, it is this - do not underestimate the aspirations and will of the Libyan people.'?

'Just as the world stood by you in your struggle to be 解放する／自由な, we will now stand with you in your struggle to realise the peace and 繁栄 that freedom can bring,' he said.

'Today, the Libyan people are 令状ing a new 一時期／支部 in the life of their nation,' Obama said.

'We will stand with you in your struggle to realise the peace and 繁栄 that freedom can bring.'

He said the U.S. 外交官／大使 was now on his way 支援する to Tripoli and 'this week, the American 旗 that was lowered before our 大使館 was attacked will be raised again.'
