Tories would 逆転する cannabis 決定/判定勝ち(する)

A 未来 保守的な 政府 would 逆転する 労働's downgrading of cannabis from Class B to Class C, Tory leader Michael Howard has said.

As a £1 million 政府 advertising (選挙などの)運動をする got under way with the message that cannabis remains 違法な, Mr Howard 公然と非難するd the reclassification as "absurd".
