City 目的(とする)s to 禁止(する) public smoking

Liverpool may become the first British city to 禁止(する) smoking in public places, it 現れるd yesterday.

会議 leaders are believed to be keen to give the city a cleaner image before its year as European 資本/首都 of Culture in 2008 when they hope for a 抱擁する influx of tourists.
