'The 抗議する （軍の）野営地，陣営 does not have 重要な 衝撃 on the 権利s and freedoms of those visiting, walking through or working in the 周辺. Any 衝撃 the 抗議する （軍の）野営地，陣営 may have on the 権利s of others is not 単独で detrimental.'
