A parking warden with a 良心 was 解雇(する)d for 辞退するing to 問題/発行する large numbers of tickets to '抽出する as much cash as possible' from 運転者s, a 法廷 heard.

Hakim Berkani, 45, (人命などを)奪う,主張するs that fellow wardens referred to their company as 'Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves' and that there was '厳しい 圧力' to 問題/発行する more than 10 parking tickets per 転換.

Mr Berkani, who worked for Kensington and Chelsea 会議's parking 会社/堅い NSL, (人命などを)奪う,主張するs 最高の,を越す-成し遂げるing wardens were rewarded with 'plenty of favours in return.'

Bosses even 特記する/引用するd one 同僚 as an 'ex cellent example' for 問題/発行するing 35 tickets, known as PCNs (刑罰,罰則 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 Notice) in a 選び出す/独身 転換, and 経営者/支配人 said it was 'good 歳入 for the 会議 and that everyone should 生成する the same 歳入 as him.'

Mr Berkani, of Wandsworth, south London, was 解雇(する)d in February last year に引き続いて more than three years' service after tipping off a driver who was about to be given a ticket by another warden.

Later on, he said, it became 'ありふれた knowledge' that if they 問題/発行するd at a 率 below 0.9 PCNs per hour that NSL would 解雇する/砲火/射撃 you.'

Even this 減ずるd 的 was 'impossible to 達成する in an 完全に 合法的な and honest manner' he said.

In December 2009, he (機の)カム across an email from Emma Collins, a 最高の,を越す NSL 経営者/支配人, 明言する/公表するing: 'There are still a 重要な number of people 問題/発行するing at a 率 of below 0.9 per hour...We should not be uncomfortable about using the disciplinary 過程.'

He said: 'It seems that all NSL 経営者/支配人s' 最初の/主要な 目的(とする) is to make sure that a particular number of PCNs are 問題/発行するd and they don't really care just how the 的s are 攻撃する,衝突する.

'I really did not agree with these 高度に dodgy practices of 問題/発行するing parking tickets while bypassing 支配するs and 規則s.'

A wealth of Chelsea 居住(者)s and shop owners have also written 声明s to the 法廷 in his support.

The Reverend Canon David Reindorp, of Chelsea Old Church, wrote: 'Mr Berkani was courteous and tactful and took enormous trouble to do his 職業...I always thought he was an 反対する lesson in how to do a tricky 職業 井戸/弁護士席...I was delighted to see him giving traffic wardens a good 指名する.'

While Vincent Saladin, sales 経営者/支配人 at Le Pascalou Food and Drink on Fulham Road, said: 'Thanks to Mr Berkani we have experienced some changes.
