More than half of homeowners, 52 per cent, are planning makeovers over the 来たるべき bank holidays, such as re-decorating rooms, or laying new carpets.

The only major home 改良 work that has seen an 増加する in the return compared with the cost of 投資 is a new 温室.

The work will typically 増加する 所有物/資産/財産 values by £9,420, a 14 per cent 増加する since 2011, 所有物/資産/財産 専門家s said.

As in 2011, a loft 転換 remains the best way to 改善する a 所有物/資産/財産's value, 追加するing £16,152 on 普通の/平均(する) in 2012 - although this 人物/姿/数字 is a 減少(する) of nearly a 4半期/4分の1 - 23 per cent - on last year's 熟考する/考慮する.
