A mother is 告訴するing a hospital after a nurse 削減（する） off part of her baby daughter's finger while she was 除去するing an IV.

Veronica Olguin, 15, from Tampa Bay, Florida, is 告訴するing the Heart of Florida 地域の 医療の 中心 for 怠慢，過失 after the October 出来事/事件.

Her daughter Selena was only three months old at the time and was in the 過程 of 存在 解放（する）d after a three-day stay for a 執拗な high fever.

She said the nurse 厳しいd the finger when she was 除去するing the IV tape and wasn't looking at what she was doing.

She told Fox: 'There was 血 everywhere. It was all over her shirt, it was on my shirt. It was on my 直面する.

The nurse is said to have thrown the scissors away in a panic before 急ぐing out of the room 叫び声をあげるing.

'I saw everything. And it's really hard what I went through. And I can't imagine what she went through,' she said. 'It's really hard that she, she was born so perfect. And they just, they just 削減（する） off he r finger.'
