Brussels gravy train keeps on rolling as EU quango 予算 RISES 33% in two years to £2BILLION... while Britain makes 抱擁する CUTS?

British taxpayers 直面する 支払う／賃金ing million s of 続けざまに猛撃するs more for ‘pointless’ EU quangos after Brussels planned a 大規模な 予算 増加する of 33 per cent over two years.

And because Britain 支払う／賃金s 13 per cent of the 予算, taxpayers in this country would therefore be 攻撃する，衝突する with a 法案 of £298million this year.

Pawel Swidlicki, a 研究 分析家 for the Open Europe think-戦車／タンク, said: 'While some of these EU quangos 成し遂げる 価値のある work, many others serve no practical 目的 どれでも apart from soaking up taxpayers’ money.

'Ironically, many of these 団体／死体s would never have 生き残るd the type of 緊縮 programmes that the EU is now 製図／抽選 up for member 明言する／公表するs as Europe fights through its worst 危機 in a 世代.'

The think-戦車／タンク has identified at least ten 機関s that serve no unique 目的 and せねばならない be 廃止するd.

It （人命などを）奪う，主張するs that many others are duplicating work and 示唆するs that the remaining 42 機関s have their 予算s 削減（する） by 30 per cent.

This would save EU member 明言する／公表するs just over £566million every year, with Britain keeping an extra £82million to spend on more worthwhile 原因（となる）s.

The total cost to European taxpayers now stands is 始める，決める to rise 3.4 per cent from last year and a 大規模な 33.2 per cent compared with 2010, if the （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限’s 予算 is 認可するd.

Over 90 per cent of the cost comes from the 27 EU member 明言する／公表するs ? with Germany’s 出資／貢献 of £400million the highest, followed by フラン (£315million) and Britain.

The 残り／休憩（する） of the 予算 is made up from 非，不，無-EU member 明言する／公表するs such as Norway.

Open Society pointed out that there are 現在／一般に two EU 機関s 特に 献身的な to human 権利s in 新規加入 to 類似の 団体／死体s in member 明言する／公表するs, the 会議 of Europe, the ECHR, a 明確な／細部 EU Commissioner for '根底となる 権利s' and a 範囲 of NGOs.

As an evalua tion for the European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 結論するd, the system of EU 機関s also “creates an indirect but powerful incentive for spending” taxpayers’ cash.
