Jason Webley said of his stepfather: 'He's not like that. He loved children. [Phyllis] made that up. She's a liar, she's sick in her 長，率いる, she's crazy. I guess she's still bitter and angry about their past 関係.'

Police have been aware of Miller, a Jamaican 移民，移住（する）, since the boy 消えるd as he walked alone for the first time to get to his school bus stop.
