But in contrast to other 出来事/事件s during the 暴動s which spread across the country and saw large-規模 略奪するing, nothing else was stolen from any of the 商売/仕事s because the dozens of masked and hooded men 責任がある this 出来事/事件 had a ‘different 協議事項’.

Mr Lockhart said: ‘This was an event in which they carried out a 一連の 行為/法令/行動するs that they knew a large number of police officers would be (軍隊を)展開する,配備するd to を取り引きする.

‘It was their 目的(とする) to get a large number of police officers out on the streets where they could then be attacked... They were out on the street 武装した and 意図 on 暴力/激しさ.’

It had ‘all the hallmarks of a planned event’, with two groups of men ? the first numbering 25 or 26, and the second an 明示していない number - converging on the pub and ‘a 元気づける going up’ when they (機の)カム together.

The 陪審/陪審員団 was shown 劇の CCTV (映画の)フィート数 of some of them 粉砕するing their way into the pub with baseball bats の直前に midnight on August 9 last year before one lit a firebomb in the 妨げる/法廷,弁護士業.

Four people were upstairs in the pub at the time, which would have been obvious to the men attacking it as the upstairs lights were on, Mr Lockhart 追加するd.

The occupants dialled 999 when they heard the windows breaking and one of them 急ぐd downstairs with a 解雇する/砲火/射撃 extinguisher when the 侵入者s left.

They are Tyrone Laidley, 20, Nicholas Francis, 26, and Joyah Campbell, 19, and two 17 year olds, who cannot be 指名するd for 合法的な 推論する/理由s, all of Birmingham.

They were joined by Wayne Collins, 25, of Luton, Bedfordshire, Renardo Farrell, of Wolverhampton, and Jermaine 吊りくさび, 27, of Oldbury, West Midlands.

Mr Lockhart said not all the 被告s could be shown to have been carrying guns themselves, but it is the 起訴 事例/患者 that all of them ‘encouraged or supported’ those who did.

The 陪審/陪審員団 was told they will hear 証拠 that some of the 被告s had met the day before to discuss what they were going to do.

They also heard that there is a 一連の links between them, 範囲ing from having been to school together to socialising.

The eight 被告s each 否定する all four 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s. Some of them say they were incorrectly identified as 存在 現在の, while others (人命などを)奪う,主張する they were there but were not 伴う/関わるd in the disorder.
