解放する/自由な schools can be 設立するd by groups 含むing parents, teachers, 約束 groups, 商売/仕事s, universities and charities. They are given the 力/強力にする to decide how they spend their 予算s and 始める,決める their own curriculum, teaching hours and 称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語-times.
The 改革(する)s have pitched the 連合 into a 戦う/戦い with the teaching unions, who 示唆する they can 逆に 影響する/感情 隣人ing 包括的なs when they open in areas with no 不足 of spaces.
The Department for Education 主張するd that 88 per cent of the 最初の/主要なs 認可するd yesterday are in areas with a 不足(高) of places.
