Sean Quinn’s son-in-法律 sold off more than ?50m 価値（がある） of ロシアの 所有物／資産／財産 in a frantic two-week blitz last summer, the Irish Mail on Sunday can 明らかにする／漏らす.

The 取引，協定s were all carried out as Anglo Irish Bank ? now IBRC ? was trying to 掴む Quinn 資産s to help 支払う／賃金 支援する the family’s 負債s.

As a result, Irish taxpayers are ありそうもない to get their 手渡すs on the 大臣の地位 of Irish 所有物／資産／財産.

詳細（に述べる）s of the seven 処理／取引s ? all 調印するd by Stephen Kelly, husband of Mr Quinn’s daughter Aoife ? have never before been published.

But an Mo S trawl of ロシアの company 記録，記録的な／記録するs and other 関係のある papers can today 明らかにする／漏らす the extent of Mr Kelly’s 関与 in the Quinn family’s 資産 移転s.

Mr Kelly, an accountant by profession, is 初めは from south Dublin and is the son of a Mary and Paul Kelly who operate a school bus run.

Since marrying Aoife Quinn in 2009 he has joined a 広大な cat and mouse game played across the globe as his in-法律s tried to hide as much of their wealth as possible.

Much has been made of the 運命／宿命 of the Quinns’ larger 目印 資産s such as the Ukrainian shopping centre and the Kutuzoff office 封鎖する in Russia, 特に as those 資産s were 誓約（する）d as 安全 to Anglo.

But the Quinns also 追求するd a 戦略 of moving unsecured 資産s out of reach, as Peter Quinn, a 甥 of Se?n Quinn, 認める in 法廷，裁判所 during 訴訟／進行s against the family.

In his 証言, Peter Quinn said he believed IBRC would be 焦点（を合わせる）d on the ‘big-ticket’ 所有物／資産／財産s and that the lesser, unsecured 資産s ‘would be the easiest things… to get for the 利益 of the Quinn family’.

Today, the MoS can 明らかにする／漏らす 正確に what he meant and 詳細（に述べる） how seven unsecured ロシアの 所有物／資産／財産s 価値（がある） between ?1m and ?25m each were put out of reach by the Quinns and Stephen Kelly.

Although they were not 誓約（する）d to the IBRC for any particular 貸付金, the 資産s could にもかかわらず have gone に向かって settling millions 借りがあるd to the bank.

And they are now covered by 法廷，裁判所 指示／教授／教育s ordering the Quinns to 逆転する or undo moves made to put 資産s out of reach.

All of the 処理／取引s took place between May 18 and Ju ne 2, 2011, and were 調印するd by Stephen Kelly who had been given 力／強力にする of 弁護士／代理人／検事 over the ロシアの companies that owned the 所有物／資産／財産s.

On May 18, 2011, Mr Kelly 調印するd for the sale of a company called Stroicom LLC in the oil-rich 共和国 of Tatarstan 800 miles east of Moscow.

Stroicom LLC was 設立するd in 2006 and owns a 部分的に／不公平に 建設するd 場所／位置 in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny ? the 共和国’s second largest city.

The Quinn 場所／位置 is 概算の to be 価値（がある） in the 地域 of ?1.6m but upon Mr Kelly’s 署名 it was sold to a new company owned by an Oleg Ogarkov.
From there it is unknown what became of the 資産’s 所有権.

However, as with the other sales 調印するd by Mr Kelly and members of the wider Quinn family, IBRC has 結論するd that the moves were designed to keep 所有権 within the Quinn family and away from creditors.

On May 19, 2011, Mr Kelly sold another Quinn company called 商売／仕事 Park LLC which is based in the 資本／首都 city of the ロシアの 共和国 of Bashkortostan.

商売／仕事 Park LLC owns an 操作の DIY 小売 出口 in Ufa which is operated by the Castorma Group, part of the international Kingfisher DIY group which also runs the B&Q 蓄える／店s in Ireland.

The 蓄える／店 is 価値（がある） up to ?25m but was sold for just ?2,500 to a ロシアの company which has since 割り当てるd the 資産 どこかよそで.

On the same day ? May 19, 2011 ? Stephen Kelly sold another Quinn 会社／堅い, Stroitland LLC. This company owns a 部分的に／不公平に 完全にするd 小売 部隊 in Nizhny Novgorod, the fifth largest city in Russia.

And just five days late r, on May 24, Mr Kelly 調印するd the sale 文書s for yet another company ? this time in the 資本／首都 city of Russia’s Southern 連邦の 地区, Rostov on Don.

The company, called ADK LLC owns a 開発 場所／位置 which is 価値（がある） ?10.6m and yet again the new owner was a heretofore unknown ロシアの, Sedih Nikolay.

Two days later another ロシアの company, StroiTorgCentr LLC, was sold. This time the 資産 伴う／関わるd a 場所／位置 価値（がある） just under ?1m in the city of Yekaterinburg.

The company was sold in the same manner as the others, this time to a Vladimir Dedov.

But it 現れるd during 証拠 at the 最近の Quinn contempt 裁判，公判 that the 資産 was transferred on and is now owned by a company in Belize which was 始める，決める up for Peter Quinn by a Dubai associate.

A week later, on June 2, Stephen Kelly 調印するd for yet another sale, this time for East Point Logistic in Moscow which owned a 20-ヘクタール greenfield 場所／位置 zoned for a 兵たん業務 park 価値（がある） an 概算の ?6.5m.

And on the same day he also sold another Moscow company called Zao Metropolis LLC which owned a 半分-完全にする 小売 and hotel 事業／計画（する） in a Moscow 郊外. The 買い手 was Vladimir Dedov, the new owner of StroiTorgCentr LLC.?

All told, the seven 取引，協定s saw 資産s 価値（がある） more than ?50m leave the 所有権 of the Quinn family.

But the IBRC has told the High 法廷，裁判所 that it will 捜し出す to 任命する a receiver to the 世界的な 資産s of the five Quinn children and their spouses when the family is 支援する in 法廷，裁判所 on July 20.

At that point, some of the Quinns will also find out whether they will be 刑務所，拘置所d ? a 運命／宿命 that will depend on whether they can show the 裁判官 they have, as ordered, made 進歩 in making their 資産s 利用できる to the IBRC.

Last night the family 拒絶する／低下するd to answer 明確な／細部 MoS questions about the ロシアの 取引，協定s and whether the family was 協力するing with the bank.

Their lawyer said it would be ‘不適切な’ for the family to 演説（する）／住所 ‘確かな questions’ because they ‘are all 支配する to coercive orders of Ms 司法（官） Dunne and as such they remain 強いるd to take 確かな steps to 従う with those orders’.
