Jeffrey Delisle, a 海軍の 知能 officer, was 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d in Canada in January with communicating over the past five years 'with a foreign （独立の）存在, （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） that the 政府 of Canada is taking 対策 to 保護（する）／緊急輸入制限'.

Canadian 報告（する）／憶測s said Ottawa expelled four ロシアの 外交官s in the 影響 of Delisle's 逮捕（する）, although Moscow 否定するd this.

The newspaper said Delisle was the 支配する of high-level 協議s between the Australian and Canadian 政府s and was discussed at a secret international 会議／協議会 in New Zealand earlier this year.
