A streaker who dashed in 前線 of the Olympic 炎上 appeared in 法廷,裁判所 today where he 否定するd a 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 of indecent (危険などに)さらす.

Daniel Leer 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金d through the streets of Henley-on-Thames as the たいまつ passed through earlier this month, naked but for a pair of trainers and the words '解放する/自由な Tibet' painted across his 支援する.

The blond 27-year-old had 認める his daring dash, but today 否定するd a 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 of indecent (危険などに)さらす, a 性の offence, when he stood in the ドッキングする/減らす/ドックに入れる at Oxford 治安判事s’ 法廷,裁判所.

During the 15-minute 審理,公聴会 the 法廷,裁判所, 含むing the 地区 裁判官, broke into giggles as Leer’s 偉業/利用するs were 輪郭(を描く)d.

On July 10, as the たいまつ was carried through Henley, Leer’s home town, the waiter took to the streets himself, carrying his own 見解/翻訳/版 of the Olympic 炎上, just minutes before the real 見解/翻訳/版 was 手渡すd to celebrated rower Sir Steve Redgrave.

'だいたい 2,000 people 含むing school children were waiting for the たいまつ to pass through,' said Sarah Mackay, 起訴するing.

'Naked apart from a pair of training shoes on his feet he was carrying a replica Olympic たいまつ in his 手渡す and was smiling and waving at the (人が)群がるs.

地区 裁判官 Lynne Matthews was told that Leer 認める 原因(となる)ing a public order offence 予定 to his 破壊的な behaviour, but would be 否定するing the 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 of indecent (危険などに)さらす when the 裁判,公判 took place at the same 法廷,裁判所 in October.

'This wasn’t a 性の offence, the offence as 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金d 要求するs the 意向 to 原因(となる) alarm or 苦しめる,' said Sally Thompson, defending. 'That wasn’t the 意向.'

Mrs Thompson said that Leer’s 活動/戦闘s had been a 'high spirited' political 抗議する to draw attention to the 状況/情勢 in Tibet.

'This is a young man of good character, he 受託するs the facts of what he has done,' said Mrs Thompson.

Leer, who wore a dark grey 控訴 and tie, looked serious throughout most of the 審理,公聴会, apart from when 地区 裁判官 Matthews made a joke about the 条件s under which he had been placed on 保釈(金).

He has been banned from coming within 100 metres of any Olympic 発生地, 含むing roads where the たいまつ relay and events were taking place, or going within 100 metres of the River Thames - unless 地下組織の or going about his 雇用 as a waiter for the duration of the games, until September 3.
