副 総理大臣 Nick Clegg will today 否定する 分裂（する）s within the 連合 政府 over 炭素 放出／発行s 削減, as he 発表するs a £100 million 投資 in energy efficiency.

Speaking to an energy 会議／協議会 in London's Lancaster House, Mr Clegg will say that 大臣s are 'unreservedly committed' to helping the low-炭素 部門 栄える, 主張するing that 'no-one in 政府' wants to 出発／死 from the programme to decarbonise Britain's economy as part of the fight against 気候 change.

Mr Clegg will tell an audience of 商売／仕事 人物／姿／数字s that the UK is '主要な from the 前線' in a 全世界の 革命 に向かって cleaner sources of energy.
