He said: 'You first got into the car at 8.45am that morning and when you were breathalysed just after midday you were more than twice the 合法的な drink 運動 限界.

Mr Richardson, 44, who won two gold メダルs and a silver in 2008, was training for the London Games on the A48 on a road known 地元で as 割れ目 Hill in August last year.
Cardiff 栄冠を与える 法廷,裁判所 heard he was thrown 26 metres into the 空気/公表する after Adams’ 先頭 攻撃する,衝突する him from behind.

Adams, when interviewed by police, said he had been drinking the night before and had drunk his first whisky at 6am when he woke up.

Adams was given a 15 month 刑務所,拘置所 宣告,判決 for dangerous 運動ing, and an extra three months 刑務所,拘置所 for failing to stop.
A three month 宣告,判決 for 運動ing with 超過 alcohol will run 同時に.
Adams will also be disqualified from 運動ing for five years.

The father-of-two said: 'I still have another 操作/手術 to go through, which if it is 不成功の could leave me 永久的に paralysed.

'But I am a strong person, and 計画(する) to keep on fighting. As for the 法廷,裁判所’s 判決, I am happy in a way with the 宣告,判決.
'I would have been happy whatever 宣告,判決 he got - even if he walked 解放する/自由な.
'At the end of the day, it was just an 事故 and he did not deliberately 始める,決める out to knock me 負かす/撃墜する.
'But it is important that a precedent has been 始める,決める - that not only should a person be 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金d with 超過 alcohol but it also qualifies as dangerous 運動ing.
'I hope this 出来事/事件 shows the need for drivers to be more aware of cyclists on the road.'
Mr Richardson, of Porthcawl, was made an MBE after winning two golds and one silver メダル at Beijing in 2008.
He 苦しむd life-脅すing 傷害s and his family were at his 病人の枕元 for two weeks at the University Hospital of むちの跡s in Cardiff.
Mr Richardson 明らかにする/漏らすd that he was unconscious for 15 days, waking up in hospital and not recognising his family or friends.

He said: 'For 25 days my life was in the balance - it was touch and go whether I 生き残るd.
'Every night when my wife left hospital she was told that I could be dead by the に引き続いて morning.'

He said: 'I’ve 回復するd before and I know I can do it again.

Mr Richardson was 伴う/関わるd in a car 事故 in 2001 which left him with serious 脚 and 支援する 傷害s and no feeling 負かす/撃墜する his left 手渡す 味方する.
事前の to his 事故 Mr Richardson was a keen cyclist, but he stopped cycling until 2005 when his doctors advised him to start training again to help his rehabilitation.
