A landlord has been left with £10,000 of 損失 to his flat - 含むing human faeces smeared on the 塀で囲むs - after his former tenants fled the 所有物／資産／財産 借りがあるing £1,250 in rent.

Leslie Parnell 設立する the rubbish-strewn house 難破させるd with 電気の sockets pulled from 塀で囲むs, windows 粉砕するd and carpets trashed when the family of five packed up and left.

He 見積（る）s the 損失 原因（となる）d by the family and pets will cost £10,000 to put 権利 apart from the £1,250 the family, who were on benefi ts, 借りがあるd him in rent.

'We’re so annoyed. It’s not on and it’s not fair. I’ve been doing this for a long time. I’ve never seen anything like this,' he said.

Mr Parnell, who owns two other 所有物／資産／財産s, says this is the worst 明言する／公表する he has ever seen a house in.

He said: 'I’ve never seen anything like this before. This is the worst.

'These people 調印するd the 契約 and we 規定するd no dogs.

'The place has to be kept up to scratch. We’ve given them three or four 警告s to 除去する the dogs and they 港／避難所’t done it.

'When we 検査／視察するd the place we could see it was 悪化するing. I bought them paint and paintbrushes to sort it out and they’ve taken all that with them.'

The 所有物／資産／財産, in Plymouth, Devon, had been 占領するd by the family for two years.

He said: 'It’s 絶対 horrendous. Every room is disgusting and every room is dirty.

'It’s got to be fumigated. The carpets need to be ripped out and all the remai ning furniture needs to be taken out.

'The sockets have also been pulled out of each room and the windows have been broken and the breakages need to be sorted and then redecorated.

Mr Parnell, who has owned the 所有物／資産／財産 for 15 years, said he had received 非常に／多数の （民事の）告訴s from 隣人s about loud music and their three dogs 存在 out of 支配（する）／統制する.

A 隣人 living on Poole Park Road, who asked not to be identified, said: 'I didn’t have a lot to do with them but I know they 原因（となる）d a few problems.'
