A woman who glued her two-year-old daughter's 手渡すs to a 塀で囲む and （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 the toddler so 不正に that she 苦しむd 重要な brain 外傷／ショック has pleaded for leniency, 説 she was no longer the "monster" who committed the attack.

Elizabeth Escalona, who pleaded 有罪の in July to 重罪 傷害 to a child, told a 裁判官: 'I will never 許す myself for what I did to my own daughter.'

"I want everybody to know I'm not a monster," Escalona said. "I love my kids."

Police say Escalona lost her temper last year with Jocelyn Cedillo over potty training problems. Escalona （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 and kicked Jocelyn before sticking her 手渡すs to an apartment 塀で囲む using an adhesive 一般的に known as 最高の Glue. The child was 入院させるd for days.

On Monday, a doctor, Dr Amy Barton, also 明らかにする／漏らすd the extent of the horrifying 傷害s to the young girl, who has since 回復するd.

The girl was 急ぐd to hospital after Escalona called her mother and said there was something wrong with her daughter. When the chil d's grandmother got to the house, the girl was unresponsive.

The toddler was in a 昏睡 for two days after the September 7, 2011, 出来事/事件.

'The entire picture was very shocking,' she said. 'I see a lot of children and this was one of the most shocking things that I've seen.'
