'I was too polite': Obama comes up with ANOTHER excuse for his 審議 災害

On Wednesday morning, Mr Obama spoke to Mr Joyner in an 試みる／企てる to explain what had gone wrong and how he would 改善する before the second 審議 on Tuesday.
