Nathan Harris, 38, is （刑事）被告 of 故意に stepping on the field during Saturday’s game in Payson, Utah and knocking the boy unconscious to the supporting （人命などを）奪う，主張する of 乱暴／暴力を加えるd 証言，証人／目撃するs and 解放（する）d ビデオ.

Harris' 弁護士／代理人／検事 Dean Zabriskie says it was an 事故, but one on the boy's end.
'I cannot see in any way that that ビデオ would 示す that there was any time to make a 決定／判定勝ち（する） ... the boy crosses the line, our （弁護士の）依頼人 puts his 武器 up and that's all you can see on the tape,' Mr Zabriskie told KENS 5.
