A son of the late Sen Robert F. Kennedy was 事実上の／代理 on instinct when he kicked a nurse as she tried to stop him from taking his newborn son out of the hospital, a 弁護 lawyer said in 法廷，裁判所 on Monday.

In 開始声明s at Douglas Kennedy's いやがらせ and child endangerment 裁判，公判, 弁護士／代理人／検事 Celia Gordon said Kennedy 'just 手配中の，お尋ね者 to take his baby out for some fresh 空気／公表する' on January 7 at Northern Westchester Hospital.

But 検察官，検事 Amy Puerto said Kennedy had to be stopped because he was 侵害する／違反するing hospital 政策.
