'Heinous' 爆弾 attack on Syrian university while students sat exams which killed at least 87 people 非難するd by UN as a 'war 罪，犯罪'

UN 長官-General 禁止（する） Ki-moon today 非難するd an attack at Aleppo University in Syria that killed 得点する／非難する／２０s of students and 警告するd that the 審議する／熟考する 的ing of 非軍事のs was a war 罪，犯罪.

'Such heinous attacks are 容認できない and must stop すぐに. All 戦闘ing parties in Syria must がまんする by their 義務s under international 人道的な 法律,' 禁止（する） said in a 声明.

Two 爆発s at Aleppo's university on Tuesday killed at least 87 people, many of them students …に出席するing exams.

The 原因（となる） of the 爆発s was not （疑いを）晴らす but the Syrian 政府 and 対立 行動主義者s 非難するd each other.

The 明言する／公表する-run SANA news 機関 said two 自殺 爆撃機s 攻撃する，衝突する a pair of roundabouts in the city, 殺人，大当り 22 people and 負傷させるing 30. It said 安全 軍隊s 失敗させる／負かすd two other would-be 自殺 爆撃機s in the su rrounding countryside who were 恐らく planning to 的 安全 軍隊s and 非軍事のs.

A Syrian 政府 公式の／役人, however, said three 爆破s struck a major 主要道路 and a roundabout in Idlib, 殺人，大当り 22 people.

The Obama 行政 has labeled the group a テロリスト organisation.

The Foreign 省, in letters sent to the U.N. 長官 General and the 大統領 of the 安全 会議, called on member 明言する／公表するs to 非難する the 'テロリスト' 罪，犯罪s in Syria, 含むing the 殺人，大当りs of Aleppo University students.

The 対立 and the 政府 have 非難するd each other for the university 爆破s, which 示すd a major escalation in the struggle for 支配（する）／統制する of Aleppo - Syria's largest city and once the country's main 商業の 中心.

Aleppo has been the 焦点（を合わせる） of a violent struggle for 支配（する）／統制する since 反逆者／反逆する 軍隊s, mostly from 田舎の areas north of the city, 押し進めるd in and began 衝突／不一致ing with 政府 軍隊／機動隊s last summer.

The university is in the city's west, a 部門 still controlled by the 政府.

Both 行動主義者s and the Assad 政権 said those killed in Tuesday's 爆破s were mostly students taking their 中央の-year exams and 非軍事のs who sought 避難 in the university dorms after 逃げるing 暴力／激しさ どこかよそで.

On Tuesday, Syria's UN 外交官／大使 Bashar Ja'afari told a 安全 会議 会合 on 戦闘ing テロ行為 that 'a 臆病な／卑劣な テロリスト 行為／法令／行動する 的d the students of Aleppo University'. He said 82 students were killed and 152 were 負傷させるd.
