A 'Dad's Army' 計画／陰謀 which will see 居住（者）s 集会 （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） for police 調査s has been criticised 予定 to the 危険s 伴う／関わるd.

居住（者） Charlotte Salmon, 36, said: 'It is policing on the cheap - something that the officers would have done themselves 以前.

'Who is going to give the members of the public the 保護 or 支援する-up?

'You can call 999 but I would be worried. Surely there are other ways to 削減（する） spending and still have the police 利用できる to do their work rather than asking the public to step in?'

And ツバメ Goss, the town's Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator Of The Year, also questioned the 動機づけ behind 操作／手術 Homeguard.

'I don't see who they will get because the people who come 今後 will be those already 伴う／関わるd in the community.'

'There is no question of any member of the public 存在 asked to carry out any police enquiries or 行為／法令／行動する in any 前線-line policing capacity.

'This is not about 取って代わるing police with members of the public - it is about engaging with the community to help develop 知能 about what 罪，犯罪 is occurring and who is doing it.

'At the moment, we believe we receive about 25 per cent of the （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） held by members of the public in relation to 罪，犯罪 in their communities.
