Texas 下院議員 says 'fetuses that 楽しみ themselves' 証明する the need for a tighter 禁止（する） on abortion

A 共和国の／共和党の 下院議員 argued that abortions should be banned after about four months into a pregnancy because by that point the male fetuses would be able to 楽しみ themselves, and, in turn, also feel 苦痛.

It passed 228-196, with 6 民主党員s 投票（する）ing for it and 6 共和国の／共和党のs 投票（する）ing against it.

In the short 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語, the 法案 will go nowhere: the Democratic-controlled 上院 will ignore it and the White House says the 大統領，／社長 would 拒否権 it if it ever reached his desk.

The White House said the 手段 was 'an 強襲，強姦 on a woman's 権利 to choose' and 'a direct challenge to 魚の卵 v. Wade.'

Marjorie Dannenfeiser, 大統領，／社長 of the Susan B. Anthony 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） - a group that 捜し出すs to 除去する abortion - said the 法律制定 異なるd 意味ありげに from past abortion 対策 in that it 制限するs, rather than 単に 支配（する）／統制するs, the abortion 手続き.

Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi called it 'yet another 共和国の／共和党の 試みる／企てる to 危うくする women. It is disrespectful to women. It is 危険な for families and it is 憲法違反の.'
